Resetting Wi-Fi Settings

Modified on Tue, 7 Jul at 7:04 PM

If you need to connect your Airmonitor Plus to a new Wi-Fi network or a different Breathe Tech account, you'll first need to reset its Wi-Fi settings.

Resetting the Wi-Fi settings removes the current Wi-Fi connection and returns the monitor to pairing mode, ready to be connected again.

When Should I Reset the Wi-Fi Settings?

Reset the Wi-Fi settings if you:

  • Have changed your Wi-Fi network or password.
  • Want to connect the monitor to a different router.
  • Need to pair the monitor with a different Breathe Tech account.
  • Are troubleshooting connection issues.

Note: Each Airmonitor Plus can only be connected to one Wi-Fi network and one Breathe Tech account at a time. A single Breathe Tech account can manage up to 200 devices.

How to Reset the Wi-Fi Settings

  1. Turn the Airmonitor Plus off.
  2. Press and hold the rear multifunction button for approximately 10 seconds.
  3. Continue holding until:
  • The display turns on.
  • You hear a beep.
  • The Wi-Fi icon begins flashing.

      4.Release the button.

Your Airmonitor Plus has now cleared its saved Wi-Fi settings and is in pairing mode, ready to be connected again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose my monitoring data?

No. Resetting the Wi-Fi settings only removes the saved Wi-Fi network and account association. It does not affect the monitor itself. Any data already stored in your Breathe Tech account will remain available.

Do I need to recalibrate the monitor after resetting Wi-Fi?

No. Resetting the Wi-Fi settings does not affect your calibration or sensor settings.
