Yes, Airmonitor Plus can be connected to Home Assistant, allowing you to take advantage of its local control, automations, and integrations. However, an internet connection is required for the device to function properly.
Follow these steps to set it up:
1) Install the Smart Life App, create an acccount and add your Airmonitor Plus device
2) Install the Home Assistant app on your tablet or phone, or open http://homeassistant.local.8123 on your browser.
3) Login to your Home Assistant account and choose Settings > Devices & Services
4) Click on Integrations tab, and search for Tuya, then Click on the icon to install it.
5) In the pop-up window, enter your user code.
To get your user code, do the following:
i.Open the Smart Life app.
ii.Tap Me in the bottom right corner, and tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
iii. Choose Account and Security > User Code.
6) Open the Smart Life app, tap the + (plus sign) in the top right corner and tap Scan. Scan the QR code and click SUBMIT to complete the connection. You can now view and control the connected Airmonitors.
