Airmonitor Plus can sound an audible alarm when CO₂ or PM2.5 levels move out of the a set range. Configure it in the app, and the device will handle the beeps on its own.
Set up the on-device alarm
- Open your device in the app
- Select the Airmonitor Plus you want to configure.
- Tap the Settings (cog) icon.
- Turn the alarm on/off
- Find Alarm Active and toggle it On (or Off to disable).
- Adjust Volume and choose a Ringtone to your preference.
- Choose what triggers the alarm
- Select CO₂ Alarm Value or PM2.5 Alarm Value.
- Use the slider to set the activation level.
- The lowest point on the slider aligns with the breakpoint between GOOD and FAIR health bands.
Note that the alarm can also be turned on/off by pressing the rear multi-function button twice; the on-screen icon will show the current status.
