When Are Notifications Sent?

Modified on Wed, Feb 21 at 1:04 PM

Notifications are sent when CO2 or PM2.5 levels surpass the predetermined Alarm Values set in the Settings Menu for each connected Airmonitor linked to your account. Furthermore, alerts are generated when the battery charge level is low during operation on battery power, offering you sufficient time to connect to a power source.

These notifications are activated only when the specified conditions are met. If the condition is not met, and then met again, the notification will be sent once more.

For example, if the PM2.5 Alarm is configured at 40μg/m3 and the recorded level exceeds this threshold, a notification will be sent. No further notifications will be sent if the level remains consistently above the set limit. However, should the level drop to 39μg/m3 and subsequently rise back to 40μg/m3, a new notification will be issued.

Notifications can be disabled in the App through the Account Settings page.
