- We’ll send a prepaid return label (for eligible regions) and simple packing instructions.
- Once it’s received by USPS, we’ll process your refund promptly.

If you bought on Amazon
- You can start the return in your Amazon orders, or just contact us directly with the Amazon order number and we’ll guide you.
Condition & packaging
- Please include all accessories (USB-C cable, inserts) and use the original packaging if possible.
- For items that arrived damaged/defective, tell us—we’ll replace or refund and may ask for a quick photo to speed things up.
